Platform and Modules
What is E-Afet?
A platform that keeps operational continuity and coordination running during a disaster or crisis. Eight integrated modules run on a single backbone, delivered as four solution packages: City, Enterprise, Community and Defence.
Which solution packages are there?
Four packages: City for cities and public bodies, Enterprise for organisations, Community for communities and campuses, and Defence for defence and critical facilities. One backbone, four different scopes.
How do we decide which package suits us?
We determine the right package together during a demo: first we listen to your organisation's risks and priorities, then we propose a package and pilot plan matched to your scale and mission.
Communication Without Cellular Networks
How does E-Afet communicate when the internet and cellular networks go down?
Devices connect to one another to form a mesh network, and a message travels from device to device. This communication needs no base station at all.
Do we need to install extra hardware?
No. The network is carried by the phone already in your pocket; there is no separate device to install.
Does it work on iPhone too?
Yes. Mesh communication works on iOS exactly as it does on Android.
Are messages sent over the mesh secure?
Messages are end-to-end encrypted. The intermediate device that relays a message cannot read its content.
Do voice messages also travel over the mesh?
No. Voice messages require an internet connection; the mesh network keeps carrying text and coordination even when there is no connection.
Data and Security
Where is our data hosted?
Data is hosted within Turkey's borders, under your own jurisdiction: at your facility or in the underground data centre. Sovereignty is not surrendered.
What does data sovereignty mean?
That your data stays physically in Turkey and under your legal control. Whether it is hosted at your facility or underground is a choice; in either case the data never leaves the country.
What is the Nevşehir underground data centre?
A data centre carved into rock, resilient to physical disasters. It is one of the hosting options within our data sovereignty model.
Who is behind E-Afet?
E-Afet is being developed through an R&D programme supported by the Ministry of Industry and Technology, and is a NATO DIANA applicant.
What does "offline-first" mean?
The system does more when there is internet, but it is designed to keep working when there isn't. Connectivity is not a precondition.

What do we see in the demo?
First we listen to your scenario; then we show the command screen and mesh communication without cellular networks live; finally we propose a package and pilot plan suited to your organisation.
How is pricing determined?
There is no single list, because there is no single scope. Price is set not by package but by your organisation: by your scale and your mission.
