E-Afet is a new-generation operational resilience platform inspired by the communication, coordination and operational continuity needs that emerged after the earthquakes of 6 February 2023.
It all began on February 6th.
The 2023 Kahramanmaraş earthquakes showed that it is not only buildings that can prove fragile: communication networks, coordination mechanisms and decision processes can too.
While running logistics support operations in the disaster region, Erkpa's teams experienced first-hand that one of the biggest gaps in the field was fast access to accurate information and coordination between organisations.
That experience, together with the Allturko software team, gave rise to the idea of a new platform that could work not only in disasters but against any kind of operational disruption.
Today, that journey has become the E-Afet and RCIP platforms.
